  • A Day In The Life
  • We all know that flu season is in full effect. Universities and colleges have just started back to class, yet half of the desks are empty. The stress of school and anticipation of the upcoming projects, papers, and tests have only welcomed the flu. The Centers for Disease Control  and Prevention has given us three helpful hints to prevent catching the flu in their article Preventing Seasonal Flu

      1. Take time to get a vaccine.
      2. Take everyday actions to stop germs like frequent hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes.
      3. Take antiviral drugs if your doctor says you need them.

While new classes and schedules are on the forefront of our minds, please try to follow these three simple steps for most tasks are easier to tackle when healthy.
